Welcome to GoForms, your business forms app in Microsoft Teams.
This guide helps you get started quickly.

Opening GoForms

To open GoForms, click the tab in Microsoft Teams where GoForms is installed.
Once open, you’ll see the main menu with the following sections:

Forms

Select Forms to view available forms. To fill out and submit a form or explore templates for new ideas.

Click History to see a full record of past form submissions.

About

Click About to get information about the app.

Learn more

Manage

Use Manage to create and edit forms, manage users and groups, submit support tickets, and access other management features.

Only Account Owners and Admins can access this feature.
