Steps
Steps are the building blocks of your formlets. There are two types:
- Trigger – Starts the automation e.g. form submitted.
- Control – A Start step and an End step.
Forms
Forms are used to collect or display information when human input is needed. You can easily create them with the built-in drag-and-drop form tool.
Creating or Editing
To create or manage formlets:
Go to Manage and click the Forms card.
Here you can you can:
- Create a new formlet
- Edit an existing one
- Turn formlets on or off
Tools for Creating
To build formlets in GoForms, you’ll use three main tools. Each one helps you create different parts of the formlets — from setting up the logic to collecting data from users.
