The End step
The End step is a control step that marks where an approval finishes. Every path in an approval must end with an End step. Each End step usually represents a different result or outcome.

Configurable Properties
The End step includes several properties you can adjust to clearly describe the final result of an approval.

| Name | Give the End step a name that reflects the final result or outcome of the approval. |
| Display As | Provide a short, meaningful description that will appear in the run history, helping others quickly understand what happened. |
| Colour As | Choose a colour to represent this result or outcome, using a hexadecimal RGB code (for example, #4CAF50). |
| Score As | Assign a numerical score to this result or outcome to help measure or compare approval results. |
System properties
The End step has no built-in properties.
Variable updates
You can update one or more variables when the approval reaches an End step. Click Add, select the variable, and enter a formula. Learn more here.
